Is it unpatriotic to believe in splendid isolation?

If you truly value ';isolation'; then using a Canadian website on the world wide web is NOT a good way to start.





North Korea has a policy called ';Juche';, it's where they've tried to make themselves 100% independent of all foreign countries. It has been an amazing success as they have the least amount of interaction of any country in Asia. The downside, it has made North Korea one of the worst places on earth.





My advice, if you want to live in isolation buy your own island or move to North Korea. The rest of us will live her in the comfort of the 21st century.Is it unpatriotic to believe in splendid isolation?
No. Just a touch unrealistic.
