Isolation and loneliness are feeling common to most people at one time or another. Sometimes external?

circumstances create this situation, and sometimes people deliberately with draw from those around them. What can friends and relatives do when someone has purposely withdrawn him or herself and chosen to be alone with his or her problems?Isolation and loneliness are feeling common to most people at one time or another. maybe you should just leave them alone. they might be going through a hard time and want to be alone and work it out themselves. it probably wouldn't hurt if u let them know your their if they need you, but if they don't want your help, theres not much you can do.Isolation and loneliness are feeling common to most people at one time or another. First of all you should try to understand how they feel. That way you can speak the same language.





You may feel lonely when:





you're alone and you don't feel you have a choice not to be;


you feel that you're lacking attachments you had in the past;


you are facing changes in your life--a new school, town, job, or other changes;


you feel there's no one in your life with whom you can share your feelings and experiences;


your self-perceptions are that you're unacceptable, unlovable, not worthwhile even if others don't share those perceptions.
Bring him/her hot soup and say I love you and then go away.
