Our 260/280 ratio was a positive number, but our absorbance readings at 260nm and 280nm were negative values once we isolated our DNA. Why would this occur? and what does this mean?What does a negative absorbance spectra imply in DNA plasmid isolation?
You have to use quartz cuvettes to get measurement at 260-280. 陌f you are using made of different type of cuvette, this might be reason.
