Thank you, am also fine like you then dear i do not think so that use of isolation transformer only will suppress spikes %26amp; surges because if you use true isolation transformer only means that is also a media to transfer both spikes %26amp; surges unless other wise use of RC networks.
Isolation Transformer just 1:1 Transformer just isolation Input and out put, other wise you have to use LC filters in Input circuits, if your handling power is Small Transorbs can help(Transient Suppressor available in various voltages)
