I usually do the heavy compound movemnts first then do isolation exercises.Is it better to pre-exhaust the smaller muscles with isolation movements before doing heavy compound lifts ?
yeah that works well, but save that for the end of your workout ..use compound movements in the beginning of your workout when you energy levels are at peak as well as your strengh.Is it better to pre-exhaust the smaller muscles with isolation movements before doing heavy compound lifts ?
