Is there REALLY a difference in noise isolation hedaphones?

I have tried them and did see a major difference but i still don't own them because the good ones are really expensive.Is there REALLY a difference in noise isolation hedaphones?

There is a huge difference in noise cancellation headphones. Try bose or if you are looking for something to be used on a phone system, look into Plantronics or GN Netcom
you mean noise cancellation headphones,yea they block out other noises, such as screaming kids. they workgood for planes etc when youneed some sleep in a noisey place.
