Anxiety probs: depression, low motivation, isolation from new people, always late, little sleep, etc. Help?

Just need some pointers and whatnot.

Perferrably from people who got over their anxiety.Anxiety probs: depression, low motivation, isolation from new people, always late, little sleep, etc. Help?
I say stay away from the meds (at least for now) and focus on eating healthy, exercise, MAKING yourself get up and get going, get at least an hour of sunlight every day. Meditation. Prayer-trusting in God. When you have a bad thought-replace it with a positive affirmation. Tell yourself how lucky you are and how great you are-even if you don't believe it at first.

Also try an acupuncturist, talking to a professional, and go to the chiropractor.

Good Luck!Anxiety probs: depression, low motivation, isolation from new people, always late, little sleep, etc. Help?
