If someone has an infectious illness they are isolated to prevent the disease spreading
If someone has been exposed to an infectious disease they are quarantined to see if they develop the disease
not much of a difference between the 2 but the terms have a different meaning because of the reason of isolationWhat is animal quarantine? difference between quarantine and isolation HELLLLLP :(?

quarantine means the dog has to be away from people for a certain period of time.
