I say stay away from the meds (at least for now) and focus on eating healthy, exercise, MAKING yourself get up and get going, get at least an hour of sunlight every day. Meditation. Prayer-trusting in God. When you have a bad thought-replace it with a positive affirmation. Tell yourself how lucky you are and how great you are-even if you don't believe it at first.
Also try an acupuncturist, talking to a professional, and go to the chiropractor.

Whats the difference between isolation and compound exersice?
isolation targets one muscle group specifically without using many stabilizers or synergists. an example is the preacher curl. the whole movement basically works ur bicep(forearm a little).
a compound exercise uses two or more muscle groups for the movement. an example is bench press. ur shoulders and chest go into the pressing movement and ur triceps are used to lock it out. compound exercises are not just the power moves though. dumbbell rows work back/shoulder. u will fnd that most exercises are compound.

The rumors among the townsfolk are that she has apparently poisoned Homer because she wanted to marry him, but he apparently did not want a long-term relationship. The story portrays both Emily's deceased father and Emily herself as very strong-willed and the story makes it clear that living alone for so long after her father died has driven her to the edge of insanity. As a tale of suspense, Emily's isolation is a plot device which explains what may have driven her to kill Homer.
If isolation itself could be said to have a meaning, it probably would have a meaning only if you view the story within the context in which it was written. Although not written until well into the 20th century, the action in Faulkner's story takes place many years before during a period in American history when the South was still experiencing a slow cultural and financial recovery from the disastrous consequences of the Civil War. It has been argued by critical scholars that Emily (who Faulkner describes as a true Southern belle in a very traditional sense) represents the traditions the South was still holding onto such as de facto segregation which Faulkner believes held them back compared with the Northern states who made a much better recovery from the war. I think its difficult to generalise. You have to work with each person where they're at. To make assumptions or generalisations about their situation is probably not helpful. Some people have a small social support network that may look problematic to an outsider, but is adequate for them.
If you build trust with people and ask the right questions they will bring their concerns to you. They will often come up with their own solutions too. Its all in the relationship. This is specific to the person and your knowledge of them thats developed over time.What are psychological implications for clients on isolation?

It was FDR who realizing the threat posed by Germanys Hitler and Japans Imperialist designs, who had to ';shake'; his citizens out of their ';sleep'; state. He knew the public and Congress would not support involvement.

Problem with isolation of plasmid after ligation?
i did transformation of a high copy number plasmid in ecoli dh5alpha cell after ligation of my required gene.i got 1 single colony.i tried 2 isolate plasmid from the colony obtained but the quantity is even less than 5ng/ul.since it was a double digestion product(gene)doubt on colony is nt of mch help.what should i do as im getting pcr confirmation of presence of gene.how should i increase the yield ?can any1 help?Problem with isolation of plasmid after ligation?
The fact you only got one colony suggest the transformation failed. Even thought the PCR worked, this could have been due to contamination.
Possible reasons for failure include:
(a) ligation reaction failed - include a positive control if possible (linearized empty vector)
(b) wrong selection medium - stupid I know, but I've done it before
(c) competent cells are dead - include positive control (plasmid)
